Bike Integration and Watts

iQniter Cardio Training can now read Watts and RPM from indoor cycling bikes. The Keiser® m3i indoor cycle and Keiser® m3i Multi-Bike Receiver box are supported as well as BODY BIKE Connect.

More to follow when verified by iQniter.  If you have a bike that is as yet not supported let us know the make and model and we’ll ask iQniter to support it.

  • The following metrics are now available for display for bike integration, Power (Watts), Cadence (RPM), FTP% = Power / FTP * 100, Power/Weight.
  • Functional Threshold Power (FTP) is entered in each member’s profile in AdmiQ
  • Cardio Training remembers the bike used by a participant from the last session. If ‘Enable Auto Bike Selection’ is enabled, then this bike is automatically paired with the bike used last time (if it is free) when the exerciser shows up on the Group Screen.
  •  If Watts/RPM data is available and the BiQing module is active, the participants training report will include a Power Graph, FTP, Power (Watts/RPM) – average/peak, FTP% average/peak, Power/Weight average/peak
  • Power and Cadence data will also be uploaded to Movescount along with the other session data if the participant has created a Movescount account (FREE).
  • Bike configuration / pairing screen
