• Training the Human Metabolism for Peak Performance with iQniter Cardio Training.

The Human Metabolism has 5- Distinctive Metabolic Thresholds that it shifts through from Sleep to Maximum Output

The Key to Effective Training or Evidence Based Exercise is the Correlation of Non-Invasive Heart rate to Metabolic Training Effect.

Human Metabolic Facts:

  • As the human body is exposed to external and internal Training Loads (Stress) the metabolism elevates from a resting heart rate and metabolic sleep recovery state to maximum output.

Optimum Fat burning Threshold (ffa) occurres between 65%-75%, while Aerobic Threshold (AT) occurres around 80% and Pre- OBLA (onset of blood lactate accumulation) Anaerobic Threshold (AeT) occurres at or around 85%.

OBLA or Lactate Threshold (LT) occurres between 85%-90%, leaving Max effort at the pure Phosphogen level of Creatine Phosphate/ ATP at 90% +

iQniter Cardio Training Welcomes:
Dr. Vacalav Kacir and the LMU Lions Rowing Team

Dr. Kacir comes to LMU out of Stanford University. As an assistant coach at Stanford Dr. Kacir, assisted in the  winning of a bronze medal at the 2009 NCAA Championships and a silver medal at the Pac-10 Championships.

His work with the II Eight played a crucial role in helping Stanford capture the first team national title in school history in 2009, and for his efforts he was named Division I National Assistant Coach of the Year and the West Region Assistant Coach of the Year by the Collegiate Rowing Coaches Association (CRCA). In 2007-08, Kacir led the II Eight to a bronze medal at the Pac-10 Championships in his first year with the team.

At the international level:

*Dr. Kacir coached Slovakian lightweight men’s sculler Lukas Babac to a silver medal in the men’s lightweight singles at the 2010 World Championships in New Zealand.

*Silver medal in the M1x open division at the 2008 European Championships in Athens, Greece.

*Prior to that, he guided the U.S. Men’s Lightweight Quad to a silver medal at the 2006 U-23 World Championships in Belgium.

*He also coached the Slovakian Men’s Lightweight single that won a silver medal at the 2005 U-23 World Championships in Amsterdam.

*In 2004, he was an assistant coach for the Slovak Republic Olympic Team

*In 2003, he was the head coach of the Slovak Junior National Team earning Slovak Coach of the Year recognition for his crew’s fourth place performance at the Junior World Championships.

We welcome Dr. Kacir and recognize him for the Global Use of our iQniter Cardio Training System in the boathouse and on the waters of Beautiful Marina Del Ray California.
